This Surgery has been accredited as a RCVS Small Animal General Practice. This means that we have to comply with certain core standards such as health and safety, hygiene and legal requirements and provision of 24hr cover, but additionally we have laboratory and other diagnostic facilities,monitor the outcome of treatments and comply with the requirement for ongoing education and training of all our staff.
We promote preventative health care in this Practice, as well as dealing with illness and accident.
We have a range of diagnostic equipment including an in-house laboratory, and general, and dental X-ray machines. Although we have the facilities to thoroughly and rapidly investigate most cases in-house, we also have access to a number of Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons approved experts locally, if more specialist treatment is needed.
There is no NHS for pets and so we strongly recommend you take out pet health insurance.
