Nicola grew up in Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk with various hamsters, guinea pigs , dogs and a horse. She qualified as a vet in 1987 from the Royal (Dick) Veterinary School Edinburgh and then worked at Cambridge Vet school for a year before taking her first job in general practice. After a period of travel in South Africa she settled in London small animal practice in 1990.
Nicola bought All Creatures in 1996. She lives in Barnes with her husband, son, ancient rottweiller Megan and 5 year old chinchilla persian Toby.
Nicola is a keen skiier, and enjoys horse riding when time permits.
Anders Kristiansen, Veterinary Surgeon
Anders was born and raised in Zimbabwe of Danish parents. His childhood years were spent living on a farm and going to boarding schools in the capital Harare where he later completed his Veterinary degree in 1992.
Anders worked for a mixed country practice, and for the RSPCA in Zimbabwe before moving to the UK in 1998. He has since remained in small animal practice, and joined All Creatures in January 2007.
Anders now lives with two Bengal cats Henry and Ergi and his hobbies include travelling, cooking and the occasional karaoke!
